Home > Recruitment Process The Recruitment Process Gaining an understanding of the typical recruitment process will give you the confidence to present yourself well to an employer. You should have already done all you need to develop your career so only this last hurdle remains. The recruitment process starts with a review of your Resume. This should quickly tell the employer who you are and what you can do for him. The basic Types of Resume are the Functional and Chronological Resume but, in addition, there are other types which are used less often. If your Resume is attractive enough for an employer you may get an immediate Job Interview. This may not follow the format that you are used to. Taking a look at all the different types of interviews will prepare you for all outcomes. If all proceeds smoothly you will be made an offer.
